1) How long does it take to get my order? We use pos laju. Normally, it takes around 2-4 working days. Once your order has been collected by Poslaju, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and the Poslaju tracking code. However, please expect tracking to be visible only after our service provider completes scanning of the parcel at their collection hub, which may take up to 12 hours from receipt of this email. **Please expect delays during festive periods, sales promotion period and special circumstances such as MCO.
2) I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do? If your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the shipping address for you. Just send us a message with your invoice number and the correct address to our Facebook page or e-mail to [email protected]
3) How long does the ball customization process take? Personalized golf ball typically require only 3–4 business days for preparation before delivery.

4) Do you have return and refund policy? Yes, our customer is our priority. We practise a 7 days return policy from the date you received your purchased item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned shipping cost shall be borne by buyer unless the return is due to our fault or damaged good.
5) How long it takes to process my return or refund? Once we receive your returned item, please allow a minimum of 7 days for us to process and refund. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. However, we’re sorry that we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders unless it is due to our fault or damaged goods. We will do refund via bank transfer.
